A Construct Week was a little something we’ve talked about performing at Buffer for yrs.

We’d beforehand operate hackathons and paper-slash periods the place the engineering groups would place time aside to work on initiatives exterior of their regular day-to-working day work.

But with Construct Week, we went even bigger, encouraging anyone in the firm to get associated.

Two weeks before Establish Week, dozens of Bufferoos submitted their concepts to Build

7 days. Ideas ranged from modest improvements in the product or service, to new landing pages.
